Trading Card Vending Machine: specifications, product fit and configuration scope. A trading-card vending configuration using adjustable conveyor trays and elevator delivery. Assess pack and box sizes individually; the machine configuration does not confer rights to any card brand or artwork.
Separate sealed packs, boxed products and sleeved cards in the product list. Measure each sale unit with its final packaging and record its weight. A machine demonstrated with one pack format does not establish that all card products can use the same delivery path.
Describe acceptable handling for the product, including any limits on dropping or contact with packaging edges. Ask for a dispensing and collection demonstration with representative packs or boxes. Inspect the condition of the product after retrieval.
List the number of product lines, the intended mix and the refill routine. Compare usable capacity for that mix rather than relying on a cabinet-wide count. Decide how staff will check inventory when pack formats or values change.
Confirm payment availability in the deployment country and the response to a failed delivery. Discuss cabinet access, stock reconciliation and the information available after an unsuccessful purchase. Security and stock features need confirmation for the offered configuration.
Separate the equipment quotation from the cost and sourcing of trading card inventory. Clarify branding permissions for the products displayed. Purchasing a vending machine does not establish an official relationship with a card publisher or an authorization to sell particular intellectual property.
Share pack and box measurements, product weights, intended stock mix, site and payment country on WhatsApp. Include the required handling limits and restocking plan so proposals can be compared against the same product brief.

Treat machine procurement and trading card inventory as separate scopes unless a proposal explicitly includes both. Product and branding rights also need separate confirmation.
