Vending Machine Range
Vending machine manufacturing by 特拼科技. Explore product configurations, sample checks, payment integration and factory acceptance for your operating site.
Updated October 2026
Plan a vending machine project around the exact configuration, product samples, payment arrangement and installation site. A clear specification connects the quotation, factory acceptance checks and delivery documents. Use the configuration and handover records below to agree product-fit checks, payment tests and responsibilities with our manufacturing team before ordering and shipment.
| Input or item | Where the answer comes from | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Quoted configuration | Dated quotation and configuration revision | Keeps evidence tied to the offered variant |
| Products | Final packaged samples, dimensions and weight | Defines the dispensing trial |
| Payment setup | Supplier interface details and payment-provider confirmation | Separates integration from account readiness |
| Installation | Unit manual and destination site review | Identifies open power, access and utility questions |
| Service and software | Variant-specific documents and written access/support scope | Defines the operator handover |
| Packed shipment | Packing list, outer dimensions, gross weight and delivery scope | Separates shipment from installation |
Start with the vending machine range to select the machine configuration for your project. Then check the delivery route and installation measurements for that unit.
Give every offer a quotation number, revision date and configuration reference. Our engineering team connects that reference to the cabinet model, dispensing mechanism, controller and software version, payment hardware, electrical configuration and any cooling or other product-specific equipment. Record which options are included and which are alternatives.
Before a unit is built, a serial number may not exist. Use the agreed configuration reference for the order, then add the serial number and nameplate photographs to the inspection record when available. If the hardware or software changes, ask which earlier checks must be repeated.

A brochure, factory video or certificate for another configuration belongs in background research. It does not close a missing evidence item for your order. Ask who supplies each document and who will decide whether it matches the purchase requirements.
Copy the claim-to-document register below into your own working document. Add a file link, document revision, responsible person and date to every row. Start each finding as Configuration and check required; change it only when you have reviewed the supporting record.
Separate missing evidence from an observed failure. Missing evidence means the question remains open. A failed sample test means the tested combination did not meet the agreed criterion. Neither should disappear into a general comment such as factory approved.
If an offer claims a certification or a destination approval, ask for the exact model and configuration covered and a way to verify the record with its issuer. Have the destination specialist determine which requirements apply. This checklist does not establish regulatory approval or replace a local electrical, food-service or installation assessment.
Send the final sale units, including sleeves, boxes, flexible seams and any protective packaging. Record dimensions and weight for each product, and identify the assortment extremes rather than testing only the easiest item. Define acceptable product condition and what counts as a successful collection before the test.
Ask for a dated record showing the configuration reference, samples, tray or compartment setup, agreed number of cycles, results and exceptions. A useful video follows selection, release and customer collection without skipping the delivery path; photographs before and after help document packaging condition. A demonstration with another product remains a demonstration with that product.
Include an agreed check for an empty selection and an unsuccessful delivery. Ask what the customer sees and what the operator must do. Any repeat count or pass threshold is a project decision to agree in advance, not a universal reliability figure supplied by this guide. A sample trial does not establish a fleet failure rate.
A card-reader option is only part of a payment arrangement. Record the reader model, machine-controller interface, required wiring and software configuration. Ask the payment provider separately about availability in the destination, merchant onboarding, currency, connectivity, charges and account ownership.
The payment-provider documentation reviewed for this guide explains that the reader and machine need a matching communication protocol. It describes MDB as communication between the vending controller and payment device for payment and delivery messages. Match the controller, payment device and protocol in the configuration record, then test the complete payment and delivery sequence.

Agree a test covering an authorized purchase, the corresponding product release and the transaction record. Also verify with the payment provider and our engineering team the agreed handling of a cancelled purchase, unsuccessful vend and connection interruption, where supported. Record whether a customer payment was captured, reversed or left for operator action. Protect customer and account information in any shared records.
Keep factory demonstration and destination commissioning as separate entries. A factory test-account transaction does not establish that your merchant account and local connection are ready.
Ask for operating and installation instructions for the offered variant, its parts list and wiring information, the delivered software version and the agreed operator-access handover. Name the party responsible for account setup, renewal charges, spare-part ordering and escalation. Put the scope, exclusions and claim procedure of any warranty in writing; include these terms in the project agreement.
Manufacturer manuals show why this must be specific. The service manual reviewed for this guide separates safety, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and parts, and limits energized servicing to qualified technicians. Use that structure to check whether your documentation is complete. Do not copy another model's wiring, settings, error codes or service procedures into your order.
For shipping, request the outer packed dimensions, gross weight, package count, packing list and photographs connecting the identified unit to the packed shipment. Agree where protective packing is removed and who unloads, moves, installs and commissions the machine. Record the named delivery point and the exact scope included in the offer.

After delivery, compare the received identifiers, accessories, keys, documents and visible condition with the shipment record, then complete installation and commissioning under the unit's instructions. Record damage or discrepancies through the agreed claim process. Arrival and successful operation are different checks.
Before ordering, review the configuration, intended products, payment arrangement, destination questions and written delivery and support scope. Leave a material mismatch on hold until the responsible party supplies an answer or revises the offer.
Before shipment, connect the identified unit to the agreed sample and payment records, unresolved-item list, manuals and packing record. A revision after a test should identify what changed and which checks are repeated. Tie any inspection or payment release to the conditions actually agreed in your purchase documents.
At handover, record what arrived, which commissioning checks were completed, who owns operator access and which issues remain open. Name the decision maker and date at each stage. The project agreement defines the acceptance authority and delivery milestones.
For each row, use one of three outcomes: accept for this stage with matching evidence; assign the required corrective action; or revise the offer and repeat affected checks. Do not turn an unknown into an accepted item simply because another offer leaves the same field blank.
Prepare the project inputs in the table below before starting the conversation: the quoted unit or catalog record and revision, final packaged products with dimensions and weight, installation country and site, intended quantity, payment requirements and the evidence still missing. These inputs keep the discussion tied to your project rather than a generic factory claim.
